We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your purchase on receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and put things right.
Refunds and exchanges
Once your return request has been received via firstname.lastname@example.org and it has been reviewed we will then send you an email to notify you as to whether the refund or exchange request has been approved.
Refunds will be made to your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
